Production and delivery times

Production Time

Our products are always produced and sent only after receipt of your payment. Production takes place once payment has arrived by the relevant working day*.

Production times for the individual products : 1 working day*

Delivery Time

Delivery takes up to an additional 15 working days. Each Packages will be automatically shipped with tracking.

My product has still not been delivered after expiry of the usual delivery period. What can I do?

In case your order, as an exception, has not arrived on time, you can check the status of your shipment using your parcel number (which is sent to you automatically by e-mail shortly before shipping).

Which file formats are used?

We can process jpg, jpeg, png, gif formats. Max. process 60 MB data size.

Can I still change/cancel my order?

YES

Once your item has been purchased and finalized you will receive a 24 hour time frame to cancel or to make any amendments to your order.

Are my images edited before conver to Photobrick?

YES

From the moment you choose your image we at photobrick use a software specially designed that converts your image into a brick format. our software includes a 40 color list and we have the option to add or deduct colors accordingly to create your prefect photobrick. Our software also allows us to zoom in and zoom out and includes only the parts which we want included. We control the contrast and brightness of the photo as well andWithin 24 hours you will receive an email with a preview of your made photobrick before final printing to make any changes you may desire.

I have not received an order confirmation

After successful placement of an order, you automatically receive an order confirmation which is sent to the e-mail address you provided when ordering. This may go to your spam folder, and therefore please check this folder if you cannot see your order confirmation.

If, however, you still cannot find your order confirmation (e.g. because of incorrect spelling of your e-mail address in the ordering process), please contact us.

I have not received a bill
